A good wife does everything that she could to keep the marriage in one piece so her husband would not for look to other woman, but sometimes marriage can’t really be fix by just making it look like the relationship is working well, especially when you both got so many issues at work and in own house.
The TV Series “The Good Wife” is like an example for this situation; the storyline focuses on Alicia Florrick (Juliana Margulies), the wife of Peter Florrick (Chris Noth). Peter, a former Chicago state's attorney, has been jailed following a very public sex and corruption disgrace. Alicia goes back to her old job as a litigator to re-establish her name and to be able provides the need of her two children.
From their last episode the "On Tap" LGB takes on the case of Matthew Wade, an alderman who has been indicted for taking campaign contributions in exchange for getting a mosque built on the site of a discarded housing development. To make difficult matters further, the money came from now-deceased bundler Royce Crombie, who supposedly has ties with Islamic revolutionary. Matthew is being charged with aiding and abetting a terrorist organization.
The prosecution's case is built on wiretaps of Royce's business dealings, and Alicia and Diane must convince the judge to throw the case out before it goes to trial and a jury is allowed to hear those raw wiretapped conversations. Alicia is tasked with listening to all the tapes in the hope she'll find something that will help them keep the case from going of trial.
Meanwhile, as Will and Bond's relationship gets closer, Diane plots to start her own firm. She even goes as far as recruiting Eli to join her.Alicia's family is also dragged into the political dispute, as Zack and Becca's Glenn Childs Jr. video serves as an opening for the Childs campaign to go viral with Grace's video from Episode 201.Watch the full episode.
For their Next Episode "Nine Hours" that will premiere this coming Dec. 14 of 2010, the story starts when Alicia gets an indistinct tip from a courthouse clerk in the appeal case of a death row prisoner, the law firm races to protect a stay of the death sentence. Meanwhile, Peter Florrick prepares for his first deliberation with Glenn Childs and Wendy Scott-Carr. Watch out as it get escalates the excitement in the court of law.
